Very warm and kind service from the hotel staff. The lady patiently and clearly introduced the view points and touring programs nearby. She help us to book heli tour. Really appreciate her great help. Value for money.
TV is not good. Limited TV channel.

The cottages are a good place to stay. They are not big but it's sufficient. The staff is friendly and the room service is good. Compared to others in Franz Josef it's good value for money because everything is overpriced here.

It's really too pricey. It's suppose to be a cottage. But the space is soooo small. I was kinda expecting a cooker hob coz it's a cottage, but was so disappointed. The pantry was tiny. It's really not recommended and over priced. Another thing is the reception is somewhere far before the cottage. We had to asked around for it. Really nit recommended.

The location was great and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from Glacier Hot Pools. Its personnel was very-very nice and understanding, no complains at all. We ate at a magnificent restaurant for breakfast.

The Cottage with Mountain View was good! The staff exceeded my expectations was nice. Our accommodation was equipped with a cozy bed that hit like a cloud after a long day adventuring.

Convenient,quiet location within Franz Joseph. There is a glow-worm walk behind the hotel.
Ten cottages is misleading. They are ten tin sheds. This motel, like Franz Joseph in general, is over priced. We wished we had stayed at Fox.

The room is lovely modern and nicely furnished with very clean bed. Plus, the location is strategic, minutes from West Coast Wildlife Centre. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant for breakfast.

Fresh scones and mountain views
Waking up to amazing mountain views while enjoying fresh scones delivered daily was nice. The cottage was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our adventures.
The internet connectivity was spotty at times. Parking was somewhat tight, but manageable .

1 bedroom cabin was rather small for the price.
